Open wall panels

ABT manufactures conventional “open” wall panels using high-quality dimensional lumber and rust-resistant staples and nails.

Interior “open” wall panels are available in heights of upto 6 meters.

Exterior “open” wall panels are available in a range of wall heights and are manufactured with 10 mm OSB attached to the exterior wall face. Exterior wall panels can be fitted with insulation at the building site, after electrical and plumbing fittings have been installed. The outside face of exterior wall panels may be later covered by stucco, brick, manicured stone or any other siding choice.

Energard^TM Wall panels

ABT also offers its clients a pre-insulated, highly energy efficient, patented exterior wall panel called the Energard^TM wall, which is produced under license from Nascor. This wall is built from I-joists instead of dimensional lumber and is fitted with foamed polystyrene insulation, creating a wall that has outstanding heat retention capacity and increased load bearing capacity.

All ABT wall panels are produced in a quality-controlled environment and are subjected to a 15-point quality control checklist to ensure your wall panels are defect free before they are delivered to the construction site.

Under normal circumstances wall panels for a typical 200 m2 home can be installed in 1 to 2 weeks.
