At its modern manufacturing facility near Kyiv, ABT manufactures I-joists, wall panels and roof trusses under an exclusive license agreement with Nascor International of Canada. Nascor is a world leader in wood frame technology, and its building components have been used in more than 500,000 single and multifamily homes around the world. Today, ABT’s licensed products enable construction companies in Ukraine to build high quality residential, commercial and industrial buildings with speed, scale and savings versus conventional building technologies. Through its partners, ABT also provides architectural design and building assembly services.

Engineered floor systems – Nascor I-Joists (The Strong Quiet Type)

Nascor I-joist floor systems are faster and less expensive to build than concrete floors and are lighter, stronger and span further than conventional lumber joists. Floors built from I-joists can span up to 7 meters.

Conventional Wall Panels and Nascor Pre-insulated Energard Wall Panels

ABT offers conventional wall panels as well as the highly energy efficient, pre-insulated, Nascor-patented Energard^TM wall. ABT wall panels can meet almost any architectural challenge, can be manufactured up to 6 m in height and can be covered with a wide range of facades including stucco, brick, manicured stone or siding.

Engineered roof systems – MiTek

When it comes to roofs, no project is too complicated or too large for ABT. Our engineered roof trusses consume up to 40% less lumber than hand-built rooves, are built in a strict, quality-controlled environment and can be quickly erected on site, saving time and labour. Roof trusses are available in spans of up to 25 meters.
